Easy Cheesy Kale Chips

These Easy Cheesy Kale Chips are so good. Make a huge batch so you can have an easy to grab healthy snack during the week.

Ingredients:
1 bunch of cut into pieces or 1 (12 oz) bag of chopped kale
Coating :
½ cup raw cashews
2 cups of low sodium vegetable broth
¾ cup of nutritional yeast
1 tsp of onion powder
1 tbsp of white wine vinegar
1 tbsp of braggs liquid amino acids
½ tsp pepper
¾ tsp turmeric
1 tbsp dijon mustard
Instructions:
Wash and chop kale into medium to large size pieces. Place in a large bowl and set aside.
Place all Coating ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour over the coating in the bowl with the kale and mix well, making sure everything is evenly coated.
Once evenly mixed place kale pieces evenly into dehydrator on 130 degrees for 8 hours
Check every couple of hours until dry and crispy.
Let cool and store in airtight container.
