Easy Cheesy Kale Chips

These Easy Cheesy Kale Chips are so good. Make a huge batch so you can have an easy to grab healthy snack during the week.


1 bunch of cut into pieces or 1 (12 oz) bag of chopped kale

 Coating :

½ cup raw cashews

2 cups of low sodium vegetable broth 

¾ cup of nutritional yeast

1 tsp of onion powder

1 tbsp of white wine vinegar 

1 tbsp of braggs liquid amino acids

½ tsp pepper

¾ tsp turmeric 

1 tbsp dijon mustard 


  • Wash and chop kale into medium to large size pieces. Place in a large bowl and set aside.

  • Place all Coating ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. 

  • Pour over the coating in the bowl with the kale and mix well, making sure everything is evenly coated.

  • Once evenly mixed place kale pieces evenly into dehydrator on 130 degrees for 8 hours

  • Check every couple of hours until dry and crispy.

  • Let cool and store in airtight container.
